Quick and easy online process, facility extremely clean. If I had to pick one thing to be picky about, it would be the distance from the elevator to my unit. But that doesn't affect my happiness about the facility.

New units, accessible 6am to 10pm, spaceous, friendly staff
Went to storage unit today to start moving in- phone number wasn't activated. Had to call to get number to move in. Still waiting for return call regarding Declaration Insurance letter provided to have additional fees removed from contract. Still No response from customer service
The employees were very helpful with getting me checked in and showing me my storage unit.
