Moving/storage
I had an appointment to come in to rent a unit for storage from a move. The unit that was shown was too small. I was able to change to a larger unit to accommodate all my furniture.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and ensured I felt confident in my decision. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Ta'Sheanna truly went above and beyond. The facility was clean, organized, and well-managed, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage and outstanding service!

She took the time to show us a couple of different storage units to see which one we felt would suit our needs best. She answered all our questions and made us feel at ease.
