This is an amazing facility. The people there go above and beyond, they called me to make sure I had the right facility, gave me good advice to help me, and they do have a cart you can use anytime when you are at the facility. The storage I received was clean. No one bothers you. The trash can is locked, for good reason, but they do allow users to put trash on the side, but to be honest all you have to do is call and they will be able to help you. They provided a lock which I did not know. I had already purchased one and the one they gave is extra. The area is always clean. So far I am satisfied. Oh the only thing is rent is due on the 1st. The rent is not prorated on the beginning to meet the difference if you move in in the middle of the month which shocked me. But I was so satisfied with the staff, it did not really matter.

Purchased an auction unit. Called Public Storage to make sure someone will be there to empty out unit as I was traveling over an hour away. I was ensured someone would be there. Got there, no one around. Went to another PStorage facility down the street, employee said they closed at 1:45? But was ensured he could call property manager to help him. Crickets! Called 4 different PStorage facilities to get help. Finally, got someone to help, gave me a gate code & lock code and wouldn’t you know, didn’t work! Now it’s 6 hours later, customer service can’t help & all facilities are closed! Worst experience ever! I hope they don’t treat their renters as bad as their auction buyers!

Dusty was so very helpful and a joy to talk with. I had some trouble reserving the unit online and she was able to get all of my details sorted quickly and with a great attitude! When we arrived at the unit Dusty again went out of her way to great us and give us a refund because we had our own lock. Based on Dusty’s incredible customer service I plan on doing years of business here. Thanks again Dusty!

My experience here was a piece of cake Im recently moving out of state and needed a space to keep some items and the young lady at the front desk was super nice and she showed me how to use my phone and download the app to get in and out . And that was very convenient for me .Thank you Dusty !!!
