The Lady behind the desk (Monique), stays within her Company's rules pretty Strictly and is pleasant and professional about it. The storage place was clean, customer care was nice, but I had problems getting in with the code, because it wasn't ready at the box to let me in.

I set up a reservation for Sunday. When I showed up the facility itself was locked, so I called a the number that was taped to the door and the service agent that I spoke with was both professional and pleasant. She got me signed up in les than 20 minutes. I had no issues getting to my storage locker, but I did have some problems trying to get the locker open from the security tab that was sealing it. Lol But once I got that off, it was very easy. To store my things and leave.
