The Lady behind the desk (Monique), stays within her Company's rules pretty Strictly and is pleasant and professional about it. She made the changover as quick as posssible dealing with the Intracies of a Contract. I was given a very clean Unit and am happy with the outcomes. I received a Fair Price for at least 5 months. The sign up was easy, but getting in the facility was a bit of a mess.
The storage place was clean, customer care was nice, but I had problems getting in with the code, because it wasn't ready at the box to let me in.

Easy to rent
I set up a reservation for Sunday. When I showed up the facility itself was locked, so I called a the number that was taped to the door and the service agent that I spoke with was both professional and pleasant. She got me signed up in les than 20 minutes. I had no issues getting to my storage locker, but I did have some problems trying to get the locker open from the security tab that was sealing it. Lol But once I got that off, it was very easy. To store my things and leave.

This was my first time getting a storage unit, and Raa guided me through the whole process with kindness and professionalism. He answered all of my questions, he assisted me when my unit's door got stuck, and he helped me carry boxes that I purchased out to my car. The entire process was a pleasure because of Raa's knowledge, warmth, and assistance. I would recommend this StorQuest location to anyone in the future, because Raa gives excellent customer service!

KingThe staff was nice, friendly, but have not fixed the light in my unit 2 weeks later. I found out after I rented the unit and upgraded that it is NOT 24 hours, as advertised on the website!!!!
Mel VBI love supporting an old family businesses. Their prices are great and the owner is so easy going and friendly. I support spending money on local family businesses, and not national chains. The family has had a business on this lot since 1930 and there has been a storage unit facility here since the 1970s. EDIT I wrote this when it was owned by the McCoy family. They sold it to a national chain, so my review is not relevant, but as of now they have not raised the prices .
