After 6 years in another facility across town plagued with messy grounds conditions and countless live-in tenants, I'm finally making the switch to a different company's facility. I did my move-in online and stopped in today to meet manager Laken and get my gatecode. I was incredibly relieved to discover that she runs a tight ship and has apparently a higher benchmark of standards among her customers than other places—without her even knowing it, these were WINNING WORDS for me! She was very polite & professional, agreed to accommodate my business with extended gate access hours, and cheerfully showed me my unit so that I could put my lock on it. I have a really good feeling that she is a great manager and that I will enjoy a feeling of security & peace storing at my new facility. Moving out of a large unit after I've been there several years is a huge undertaking for me that is causing me significant anxiety, but Laken's vibe of high standards make me feel like I've found a much better site for my business operations, so she has returned a great deal of peace to me during a stressful transition, for which I am so grateful! 🙏🏻

I was a tenant at Storage Depo for a lil over a year and everything was good. But soon as it became StorQuest that is when all the problems started to happen and I moved out to another storage facility. I will not rent from StorQuest again and do not recommend anybody else to rent from this company. Here are all the reasons why I moved out and will not rent nor recommend this company. 1st when StorQuest took over I never was notified that they was going to take over from Storage Depo, never got a new lease agreement, They changed my rent due date & rate without even giving me a notice, never sent me any type of notice that they was going to do work on the property and I would not have access to my unit (which made me lose a couple hundreds of dollars) and when I complained to customer service, they just said it's in my lease agreement about when they have to do work on the property and not having access. But what lease agreement because I never even got one. Okay so then after me not having access for a about 3 to 4 days they never did do any work on the property so basically I was shut off the property for no reason. They refused to give me a discount since I didn't have access to my unit for those days, telling me that it's in my contact that they don't have to give a discount when they have to do work on the property. But again I never received a lease contract and plus they didn't even do any work and I was still locked off the property. Why I didn't receive a email informing me (IDK) but for some strange reason I got a email letting me know my rent was going to increase after about 2 months of them being StorQuest yes I said it about 2 months of them being Storquest they sent me a email telling my rent was going to increase, now see they manage to send me a email saying rent was going to increase but not to notify me that I wasn't going to have access to my belongings for a certain amount of days. So then once they did let tenants back on the property the gate was broken so then we all had 24/7 access meaning property wide open to anybody to come in for at least a week in fact when I moved out it was still broken and any body could have access to the property. And while the property gate was broken they didn't have the cameras working either, also some guy manage to either jump the gate on the side of the building of unlock the locks on the gate. This company do not have good customer, makes you feel like you are a liar because me and man from customer service went back and forth dam near a argument when I told him I never received a email about the property wld be closed for those days. One last thing when I moved out I felt liked I was rushed to move and reason being is because it was the holidays New Years eve And New years day The next day and I was told that it is their policy and that if I didn't move out by the end of the day 12-30-25 I wld be charged for next month. Remind you my rent was changed without my approval and without notice to the 1st of every month. So on 12-30-25 I had to hustle and bust my butt to get all moved out before the property manager left the property. The property manager did to try to help but her hands was tied because she had to follow her company & boss rules. So To everyone who might or even renting from StorQuest this is yal fair warning of all the things that what happen to me within the 2 months of renting from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE PLACE

Laken the Store Manager is always on top of things. She's pleasant to deal with, professional and courteous. Give this women a raise. The storage facilities are fairly priced clean and safe. I highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.
