This is an awesome storage facility! Clean, secure. Wide variety of sizes. Help is available 24/7. I needed to make sure that my movers could access the unit. Entire move went better than I could imagine!! Communication on the phone, emails etc was always fast, yet the respect, was always thorough. Also, the bathrooms are always exceptionally clean!

ExArmy MedicI was one of the first to rent one of the units. I was able to find a 10 X 20 climate controlled unit for a significantly lower price than what I was paying for a 10 X 10 climate controlled unit at another Storage Unit in the Leesburg area. Mike the Facility Manager is very professional and I have found him to be very customer oriented. The ease of getting the unit of my choice with it just opening up was something that I have appreciated and Mike made it super easy for me. I sincerely hope that this facility will be able to continue to provide storage at a very affordable and reasonable rate as I am looking for long term storage at this facility’s location. This facility is located very convenient to me and it’s very accessible. Again all of the customer service staff have so far done a incredibly great job catering to my needs as a customer. I give the on site Manager Mike an easy 5 out 5 rating for great customer service.
