I am giving CSR KHALILA 5 stars not the location itself. The location (Lake Worth) good luck on getting someone directly at the office BUT A BIG THANK YOU to KHALILA (main # CSR). Her professionalism and kindness exceeded expectations. She took the time to listen and truly help. While other CSR were quick to get me off phone without any help, KHALILA went out of her way to help not once but twice. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service.

Steve at Prime Storage provided an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. After visiting two other storage facilities, Prime Storage stood out by far with the best prices and the best customer service. The other locations didn’t even have an actual human presence, which made a huge difference. I truly appreciated being able to speak with someone who was attentive and willing to help. Highly recommend Prime Storage and especially Steve for anyone looking for great service and affordable storage options!

Peace of Mind, Quality, and Care Best management and staff around! I should’ve written a review ages ago, but here I am, over a year since I first rented my storage unit. No complaints. No problems. But a lot to say. First and foremost, Marco and Marc make a fantastic team. They’re both friendly, always say hello, and help out whenever they can. Management (Marco), is awesome and goes above and beyond to help and provide customer service. He took a look at my storage and my situation and told me, “You can move down in size with what you have in there which will save you a lot of money.” I can’t thank him enough. That’s the kind of added personal touch and genuine care that makes all the difference and can be hard to come by these days. Thank you. All of the rest of the staff that I’ve ever encountered are great as well. Alright, enough about management and the team. The facility itself is always clean. I’ve never seen any pests, no damage to any of my things, there are security cameras, the code system works really well, and it’s easy to enter/exit during the extended access hours after the store/management team is done for the day. Marco and the team take security seriously and I’ve never had any issues. Prices are fair and there are move-in specials. Also leases are monthly. There are carts available for convenience and, though I haven’t used this service, there is a truck. If you’ve read all of this and are still having any doubts, just stop by and ask for a tour! They’ll be happy to show you around. Like I said, storing your things here is the right move for peace of mind, quality, and care.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this storage company. When I first signed up, I was charged $50, which I accepted. Then, without any proper explanation, they increased it to $72. I didn’t complain at that time, and it seems they took advantage of that, because now they’ve raised it again to $91. This kind of sneaky, step‑by‑step price increase feels dishonest and abusive. There was no clear communication, no transparency, and no respect for loyal customers. It really feels like a trap: you start at one price and suddenly find yourself paying almost double. I only ended up using this company by accident after trying to reach another storage facility, and I truly regret it. I will be leaving this storage very soon, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful — what starts as a fair deal can quickly turn into something very different
