Jill GilliesI've been trying since the end of November to get my deposit back with no answer to my repeated calls, texts, emails, or even stopped by and no one was at the office or would answer the door bell ringer twice. I just got custody of two toddlers last year and could've used that deposit to help with Christmas. It was the smallest unit that I stored maybe 20 boxes in for maybe 2 months, maintenance had to wd40 the door the day we moved in, and when we were done with it we made sure any dirt or dust left from our 20 boxes was swept out and ready for next occupant. So why ghost me on the deposit?
