I have never used a storage locker before. This place was amazing! Super clean! Customer service is fantastic! Lisa the property manager is personable and understanding. Dina handled my registration and explained the directions. Each time I came to bring a new load of stuff over, it was easy and convenient.

From my first phone interaction with Lisa to meeting her in person. Everything was wonderful. Lisa was very pleasant and professional. The facilities were nice and clean. Lisa informed me that she is available whenever needed. The paper work process was fast and easy. Lisa is highly effective and efficient.

The phone reservation lady Lindy found this facility for me. The 10x10 unit was within my price range. The facility is climate controlled, immaculately clean, has ample parking, has a truck bay with an entrance door right under the roof for easy loading and unloading in bad weather. Dina, the Assistant Property Manager, handled my check-in discounted reservation quickly, painlessly and efficiently. This facility has their own special, secure locking system for each unit. They sell the locks right in the office. Lisa, the Head Property Manager, was extremely helpful when I brought my first load of belongings to leave in my clean unit. I am thrilled with this ValueStore location and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Although this was the closest and most convenient storage facility near my home, I ran around for a month looking at should I say less attractive locations which I believed would be less expensive. The day after Thanksgiving, and moving the following Saturday, I popped in to compare pricing. The place is GORGEOUS...for a storage. Very clean, temperature controlled, great hours, easy to acess, secure, reasonably-priced, and Friendly customer service. Walked through and booked within minutes. Thank you Dena!
