A very nice and clean storage. Front desk was very helpful, answered all my questions. My experience was fast and easy, with signing papers to walking to see my unit, took about 15 minutes. also the AC in the units are really cold. Definitely recommend to friends and family

Mike LeclercRent at your own risk. We showed up on a Saturday with our rental truck and hired help only to be unable to gain access due to a gate mechanical issue. So much for 24 hr access. Called and emailed but no response.

Initially, I reserved a unit through the U-Haul website, and Chris promptly reached out to assist me with finalizing the details. He worked with me to secure a unit as close as possible to my move-in date to avoid unnecessary fees before I actually needed the space. Overall the entire process was incredibly convenient, seamless, and stress-free. Once I finalized the reservation with Chris, I was able to sign the rental contract completely online. The process took less than two minutes, and all receipts were sent directly to my email address. Chris also helped me set up my gate code and autopay over the phone, making it even easier to access the facility and make payments. On top of that, he went above and beyond by providing me with a lock, which he personally offered to place in the storage unit on my move-in day so that my moving company could secure the unit without ever requiring me to be there in person.
