Moved in over the weekend to a storage unit at Alt 19/Hwy 19 location, and it went just as smooth as anyone could ask. Spoke with Cindy about mid-week after putting hold on one, and went in on Saturday morning to tackle paperwork. The ladies took care of me and made the transition just easy peazy.. Wonderful customer service, welcoming and let me know all the rules & Regs. Place is immaculate, and love the climate control. Definitely have told others already about this location and its management.
Overall satisfaction is 10, my only issue is concerning the costs of the lock 🔐 and the content insurance.
The ladies were so kind and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer service I've ever received since being in Florida.
