Can I rate 0 stars? We used this storage unit and got a great price to start. The price increased to almost 300$/month. Of course they had us, there’s no way we would go back and move all that stuff again to another unit. We stuck with it hoping for the best. Half our stuff is dusty, moldy and we found a dead rat amongst our things. For almost 300$/month, we expected so much better. We now have to throw several items away, what was the point in storing it then!? Beyond disappointed. Stay away from this place!

Ms. April helped me out on 2 separate occasions, and I am writing to make sure that those in Public Storage upper management are aware that they have a superstar as an employee. She is patient, diligent and very understanding. She goes above and beyond for customers and I personally observed her being super helpful to a gentleman who was ahead of me in line-- before she even got to me. She is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions thrown at her, without having to repeat the tired phrase "call customer service!" Her recommendations have helped me save $$ on my monthly bill (what is probably THE MOST IMPORTANT to any PS customer), and she should be recognized duly by management for her selfless efforts!

Experience is pretty good. It’s not bad. People are pretty nice and helpful. Don’t don’t like about it. Is that they’re quick to get your money When you are delinquent, they don’t wanna give you a break. They should just be a little bit more considerate for people and them losing there personal belongings, some that are just not replaceable like family hairlooms’

Then I found this one, and from the very first call, they offered real promotions — not like those places that change the deal when you show up. April helped me from the start and was super kind. Everything went smoothly the first day, but the space didn’t work for me, and April helped me again to find one that fit my needs perfectly. Great service and excellent customer care!
