This place is highly recommended. The facilities are clean and in a convenient location with easy access from Gate Parkway, JTB and 295. This place gives us a law enforcement discount and is highly appreciated. They respond to inquiries quickly and there's nothing better than that for service.

Apryl B.I've been renting from this place for about 5 years. It used to be my favorite storage location because Janet & Paul were always so kind, honest, and personable. I really enjoyed the more familial atmosphere they created but I guess they've gotten greedy over the years. Continuously raising prices and adding fees with no explanation. Playing the victim when customers call to inquire about said fees. A true lack of accountability as business owners. I guess I misjudged their characters. This is still a fine place to rent as far as facilities go but do not be fooled, they're just as slimy as the rest of them. EDIT: This situation has been resolved amicably thanks ONLY to Mr. Jeremiah Hodge.
