Today I was at my storage unit. When I was done getting the stuff I had needed, I tried locking the door of my unit. Having the hardest time trying to close the unit door, I saw Ms. Lajoice down the hallway. I asked her if she could help me and so sweetly and kindly she certainly did. Great location. Just off 95. Very easily accessible for larger trucks. Inside and out grounds were very neat and clean. Staff was very attentive and when I was on site always saw staff checking the facility and always asked how everything was and if I needed anything to just ask. Excellent place and I will gladly come back again when I need a storage place. Thank you for your diligence and professionalism.

I had a great experience yesterday at this location. It was my first time renting an storage unit and the ladies at the front were very helpful. It was fast and they explained everything very patiently. Both of them were also very sweet, I was having a terrible day and they just made it better with their friendliness and great customer service. The location is great and the whole place is very clean. 100% recommended!
