Jessica was very sweet when I came in to fill out paperwork. She was also very helpful in explaining where my unit was and how to enter the gate! She answered all my questions . When I moved into the facility I was extremely satisfied on how clean it is. My last storage unit had bugs and mice droppings all over.

I would give it zero stars if I could they tripled the price after I’ve only been there three months I feel scamed. OK To follow up, I went over there. They were very kind to me and they took really good care of me and they understood how I felt and I really appreciate what they did.. so happy that they made it right I will stay with them. Jessica, the manager was wonderful.

ben waylerI have known Jessica at the Jensen Beach Prime Storage since the day they opened and I rented space. I went to that location to deal with an issue today. She was unavailable at the moment and I met and was assisted by Greg. Greg clarified the issue and I left with all being acceptable. After arriving at home, Greg reached out to me by phone and explained that after speaking with Jessica, they went to bat for me and further sweetened the pie with my issue. Greg and Jessica went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I couldn’t be happier with the result and their support.
