My initial impressions are very favorable. Turnkey process. Very well run business and terrific customer service. Storage unit is spotless!
Not good business to chase away old customers and offering new customers a rate that is lower by 42% to new customers. I rented for a year and then they raised the rent 10%. Then they offered new customers a rate that was 36% lower than what I paid originally. Not really fair so beware
