Holly and Cassie made this the easiest experience ever! I was able to set up a clean and secure storage unit without having to take time off work to visit the office. They answered my questions via email quickly and within an hour I had signed my documents and had my access code. The next day I was able to access my unit, which was clean and ready to go. I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient service. Definitely recommend!

This place is by far the BEST storage unit I have had. Cassey and Holly are the sweetest and most understanding employees I have encountered. Explain things thoroughly and fully, answers any and all questions. Gives you the best advice for how to handle things especially when you are unsure what unit to get. Thoroughly checks the locks to ensure all your stuff is safe. Definitely recommend getting a storage with AC, It’s worth the extra money. Very Clean and not smelly. No pests or roaches in our stuff as it sat for so long. I have rented here for almost a year and it has been a breeze. Will be using them again, 100%!!

I’m leaving a five star review based solely on the kind and wonderful customer service of the newest manager at the Lake City facility. Her name is Holly and she was an amazing advocate on my behalf. She was not only professional and courteous but someone that has personality that makes the drudgery and anxiety of moving and storing bearable. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was treated fairly even when her upper regional management was totally disconnected from day to day operations and clueless in how to maintain and conduct proper customer retention and service …Thank you Holly! You were a breath of fresh air!

Very very displeased with this storage facility. I rented a parking spot for a car on the 23rd of the month. The company website clearly displays a monthly cost of $77 per month for parking. I told the attendant that would be fine but I’m only gonna have the vehicle there for a couple weeks. She said she was only gonna charge me 54 dollars which I thought was nice of her. Low and behold I return on the 6th to pick my vehicle back up and was given a 94 dollar bill which I had to pay in order to get my vehicle back. When asked the reason the lady said rent is due on the first and I was late even tho I just had rented the space 8 days earlier. Needless to say I will never do business with them again. I have never left a review on any business good or bad but this rubbed me the wrong way and I wanted to get the word out so beware.
