My wife and I went to Extra Space Storage after visiting other storage facilities and we immediately noticed the difference here compared to all the others. Kim, the store manager and Andrew, her assistant were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. We immediately noticed how cleaner their storage facility was. Kim took us for a tour twice and explained the process as to how we get into our individual storage container, etc. She also suggested a more economical solution for our needs. She even recommended one that was smaller and more economical! In other words, she did what was right for us. (the customer) We visited different storage locations and this one was by far, the cleanest one we saw! I highly recommend doing business with them. Her assistant, Andrew was also very knowledgeable and helpful as well!
