I had a great experience with Compass Storage. The facility is incredibly clean, and the climate control is well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind for my belongings. I was able to secure a ground floor unit with plenty of space, making the loading and unloading process much easier. A huge thanks to Mark, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

We met the folks in the office and were shown the unit promptly. It was extremely clean and perfect for our storage needs. Christopher CondraNo after hours contact. No emergency contact. No customer service after hours at any level. No HQ to contact after hours. The prices jumped up over 40% this past year. This place is not good in my opinion. Poorly managed. Please look for a better place. I know I will.
