Great experience. Would recommend!
Needed a place to store some furnishings between apartment rentals. This place was clean and friendly. Climate controlled and easy to access. Like the wide but shallow rental spaces — very user friendly. Out of the five times we have had to store items in a rental facility — Midguard has been the best experience of all! Thank you!

Very Accommodating
I relocated from another state. I needed: a place where my trailer could be dropped and left overnight, a climate controlled storage, a first floor unit, and a facility close to my temporary residence. Midgard was the only place that not only met my needs, but exceeded my expectations. Tracey went above and beyond to find me the best deal without compromising convenience.
Great Choice
I have not rented a storage unit before. The employees were very helpful. All questions were answered. I was offered coffee or water, and the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. This business is obviously very well managed. It is clean and secure. I was taken to the unit, given a card with my unit number and gate codes. I was very comfortable knowing assistance will always be available. This is THE storage place!

Love Midguard Storage in Viera. I've been a customer here for 8 years. Darrel is literally the best on-site manager I've worked with. His attention to Customer Service, cleanliness and safety is superior! He is also super knowledgeable and friendly. I have also been very impressed with the online managers (the ones on the TV) at this location. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names - but everyone has been 5 stars!

Chris PI’ve been a happy customer for a few years now. I’m not thrilled to have stuff in storage, but I’ll save that for another day. Most importantly, the facility is well maintained and clean. The climate control has worked flawlessly. Darrell, the day-to-day point person on-site, is very responsive to emails and easy to talk to—he’s very friendly. I’m not a big fan of the virtual kiosk, but it’s very effective for getting administrative tasks done. The website is easy to navigate, and every administrative staff member I’ve dealt with has been pleasant. Thank you, Midgard Viera!
