Mrs Karen and Tim were very awesome and amazing. They were so kind and accmodating to my physical condition at the moment. I currently have a broken foot an they've ok me back and forth on the golf cart,made sure to find the closest entrance so when I did have to walk the distance was short. They even fund a ground floor unit to make thi n gs easier for me. They are genuinely nice ,honest people. They made a terrible day bearable and im truly grateful. Give them raises ir bonuses but dobwhatever you have to as a company to keep that team because you don't find compassion,care and concern like that anywhere anymore!! Thank you all again. I was researching summer storage for my son at Florida Tech. I received a call from Marlon at their call center. He was so helpful! By the time I got off the phone he had me all set up. I received an email a few days before the move in date with access information. I arrived early that day and accessed the unit without any problem. It was clean and the lock was inside just as promised. I went to the office when it opened and was greeted by Karen. She was super friendly and welcoming. I provided my proof of insurance. She made me feel assured that if my son needed anything they would be there for him! I will definitely use this Storage Mart in the future if needed.

10 stars for Tom & Karen!!!! First of all, renting a unit online was very simple. The condition of the units show they are well taken care of. Once I arrived to move belongings into the unit, I immediately realized I needed a larger unit. Tom was happy to help. He made sure to allow my movers to review the unit as well, to ensure the truck load would fit. Karen ensured the upgrade was documented and charged appropriately. The day was very hot and Tom offered complimentary cold water--a godsend. Both of them were friendly and professional on a day when I really needed it [a lot had not gone as planned]. Their customer service guarantees I will always return to their location any time I need a storage unit. And I'll definitely recommend this location of StorageMart to my local friends/family. Unit was clean. And so was the building every time I went there are some dollies to use while you’re there which makes things easy. It’s well lit and climate controlled. If I need to use storage in the future, I will definitely go back here.
