Great experience. If you need help or boxes there is someone at the front desk to assist you. They have carts for loading and unloading and the storage unit was large and easily accessible with elevators.
I needed a last-minute unit the Lady at the front Desk was very friendly took her time to show me the sizes. I did the reservation online and it was very easy to complete everything. I got everything back very prompt. Instructions are very clear, and they follow up on everything. Thank you for making this as easy as possible.
