Shannon is the second person I have interacted with at this facility, and as with the 1st, she did an incredible job. I had some concerns about using a storage facility, but with the experiences I've had, my concerns have dissipated, if all the employees at this facility are like the 2 I have had the pleasure of speaking to thus far I look forward to meeting the next. I have received excellent service on the last minute rental And U-Haul return. I have used other storage units and have never been treated so well as with Dogwood storage and rental. I highly recommend their service and their quality of care for each individual.
