⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hector at StorageMart Miramar was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood all of my options. His knowledge and patience really stood out, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Hector truly went above and beyond, and it was clear he genuinely cares about helping customers. If you go to StorageMart, definitely ask for Hector you’ll be in great hands!

I originally rented a unit at StorageMart because they were offering a great deal, and the women who helped me secure the unit were very informative and helpful. I actually secured the unit before seeing it in person. However, when I viewed it that evening, I was completely unsatisfied. The unit didn’t look welcoming, and it was not clean. The following morning, I called and spoke with a representative named Hector, and unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. When I explained that the unit didn’t meet my expectations, he responded by saying that was “my own opinion” and “my problem.” Instead of offering any kind of solution or even attempting to help, he dismissed my concerns entirely. I made it clear I wasn’t calling just to share opinions—I wanted resolution and basic customer service, neither of which he provided. Frankly, I felt insulted. He told me I needed to move my things out that same day before closing if I wanted a refund. Later that evening, I called again before closing to confirm what needed to be done so the unit could be cleared properly. Once again, Hector spoke to me in an aggressive tone. He told me that because it was close to closing and he was helping another customer, he wouldn’t be able to check the unit—even though it was 5:13 PM, still within business hours, and I was only two minutes away with just a few small items left to remove. It was clear he simply didn’t want to help. He rushed to end the call and even said, “A lot of talking and not a lot of doing,” which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with Hector’s customer service. His behavior completely soured my impression of StorageMart. This is not how you handle business, and customers deserve far better treatment.

Hector at Storage Mart was very professional and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining the storage unit rental process. He reviewed all of the rental fees with me, and gave me a tour of the facility and the unit. Im very impressed with the customer service shown to me. Thanks Hector!
