We were greeted by Shawn. He was friendly, patient, caring, very knowledgeable and thorough. He kindly showed us the unit and it was perfect. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been a Life Storage customer since I lived in Tampa. The facility is clean and well maintained. Very impressed.
The man who checked me in on Saturday, March 11th, said if I had proof of Homeownerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s Insurance I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to pay the $16 charge billed every month for it. When I returned two hours later, he said he couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remove the charge from my bill until next month. I thought this was very unfair as there was nothing in the documentation that said I needed to bring proof of insurance beforehand or I would have done so.
