We rented a unit on radio road in Naples fl. After the first month, we realized the roof was leaking. Talked to the guy in the office. He was very rude, said we had to pay to change units. We told him it was not our fault and shouldn't have to pay just to change to a different unit. So we moved out and now he's telling we have to call customer service to get a refund. That's a rip off. Will never rent from them again.

I canceled the storage contract on the very first day due to 1) rodent feces 2) not climate controlled as promised 3) storage unit not secureable because of bent door frame 4) no one present in office during work day 5) no response / return call after I left multiple messages. No confirmation of refund yet or any response . Shameful business !

Phillipe RiveraDo NOT rent here. They have a rat problem, you can NEVER get a hold of anyone even though the app. Showing up to the office you are awaiting someone to show up for hours. 7 days into new month and they don't prorate the storage unit if you are vacating the unit so YOU lose money while they re-rent your unit for extra cash. Your best to schedule the day at the end and leave it locked up so they cannot make money. You must let them know in advance and trying to talk to or get a hold of anyone just to vacate is a hassle. You must carry insurance on your unit which is around $20 extra per month on top of monthly rent. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
