We had been renting a unit for many years while the property was known as Maxi Self Storage. We were notified in October, 2021 that the property was acquired by Storage King USA and that we would have to come into the office to sign a new lease. Being from out-of-state we did that when we arrived in December. Stefanie, the Property Manager, was professional and personable and had everything taken care of in less than ten minutes. Access to our unit remained very easy and the condition and cleanliness of the facilities continued to be excellent. And we have found that given the location and the upkeep of the facilities, the price of our unit is very reasonable.
The 5x5 storage with climate control from Storage King had a great price considering the location. First floor with no elevator- thank God. Storage rep Asia answered all my questions. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy l made the decision to rent from Storage King
