bryan cantorI just wanted to say a big thank you to Otto. I work for a large delivery company. We had a customer in his location that the first time I was there to make the delivery. I'm in a full size city unit tractor trailer. Auto came out in the rain with an umbrella to see what I needed. It's a very busy road out there in front of their location. He helped me back in, kept the gate open. It guided me back safely. We were able to make delivery with no problems. The customer was very happy. I for one can tell you this is the third time in 30 years that I've been to a storage unit that somebody behind the desk was willing to help. Thank you Otto for all your help and for your kindness.

He works his tail off and shows no sweat while running that place on his own basically! While always maintaining a positive attitude and clean facility ! His customer service skills are far beyond average and he goes above and beyond to make sure he accommodates all customers needs to best of his ability. 5 stars all day !
