Two great people - Rose and Emmanuel. They went overboard explaining things to us and making sure we were getting exactly what we needed. We could not have had any better help than they gave us
The biggest issue I had was that no one gave me a tour of the site and I had no idea how to find my unit. I was out there for over a half an hour with a full uhaul truck, in the rain trying to find my unit. I do like the cleanliness and the fact that my unit is inside and climate controlled. But, I also had no idea how to get out of the gate because there is no code box from the inside so I drove down and had to back out of several lanes trying to find how to get out. This all could have been avoided with a tour of the site.
