Your personnel is very polite, I received my password in less than 24 hours, I received another password to enter as temporary before. Everything looks clean no matter the construction inside the office. I could talk to your manager about the administration fee charges that maybe you considerate to avoid with existing clients when we have more than a unit because this a corporate fee, then all local administrations are connected, and please specify on your online deals the charges of the key, insurance increasing fee and the admin fee as well. Please specify that those offers are online for first time renters and you have more offers for existing customers as I did receive. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Very clean facility! The only improvement would be to make the AC a little cooler. It's very hot and humid inside the units...
