New California-based management is too remote and does not provide good customer service. Difficult to get anyone on the phone, everything is e-mail and wait for a response. Elevators break down often- so get a unit on the ground floor! High tech access with an app but also high priced. Nice property. Property kept very clean. On-site manager nice but with limited power to solve problems.
