Great prices, online registration didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work.
Tried to do the online registration got all the way trhough it and the. It wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t accept cause I was on an iPad. That was frustrating.

I was frazzled from the reports of Hurricane Milton because we live in South FL and Milton was headed straight for us. We knew we had to secure a place for our RV to get it out of the storm's path. I was stressed not knowing if we were going to have a home left without damage to come home to. I called Public Storage to reserve a spot for our RV as we were driving out of town. The guy who I spoke with calmed me down and stated he would send me the email so I would have directions on how to fill out everything on line, get a code to enter and park our RV for safe keeping until the storm passed. Great customer service and assurance for my frazzled state of mind. Thank you!

My enclosed trailer has been hit and damaged in 2 different places. There is no one in office at any given time. Had difficulty with their automated customer service. They text you instead of calling you. Finally got a response that they would check into it. Got phone call from representative in Gainsville, I’m parked in Ocala. I was told to file a police report and report to my insurance. They said they are not responsible for damages and it’s their policy and in their contract. Now I have read similar Google reviews for this location. Will rent from U-Haul as soon as possible. Don’t do business with this place, they don’t provide any customer service at all. Went through a lot of frustration with their customer service automated system and then was told that it’s not their responsibility.

Alex Rodriguez lopezThis is the worse place to rent for storage, this people they would robbed e your money, I pay to move on one location which I never move or use and I cancel to move to a different location the one on hwy 40 I pay $114 and the only refund 21 total 29. 99 is not refundable is understanding but they never payme the rest my money, try another different place for storage, this is garbage, plus there is not one to help you in the office, is just self service and the customer service is bad they won’t help you.
