Had a couple of hiccups with the online application but customer service was great.
I was looking for a place close to home.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Move in was a breeze. Location is very convenient without the traffic congestion on 90 and other main roads.
Raising the prices is a bad move and I will be moving out of the facility at the end of the month.
