Janice was very friendly and inviting while walking me through getting in to the unit for the first time. She gave me a quick, efficient run down of the facility and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any questions that I had. I had to call back a second time on my move in date and the call was again answered promptly and issue resolved. Unit was clean and ready for use upon arrival. Drive up units make access a breeze.

HaidynBeyond unprofessional, they rise prices without improving anything. The security they offer is just a deterrent instead of a preventative because while they provide a gate with access pin. The gate is always open, so the only security they use is a camera. Check in should’ve been simple but they were unprofessional because when you reserve a unit they are supposed to clean it and make sure it’s ready, I was given a unit that had the owners belongings in it, meaning they didn’t clean it, secondly I got switched to a different unit that was not clean at all. The main issue I have with this location is the promotions they offer, they do not honor them. When I joined it said 50 percent off your first 2 months, they charged full price for the 2nd month and didn’t correct it when I called. They blame past management even though it’s been the same person for 12+ months now.
