It's reasonable
Place needs to be fixed up. It's very old and hard to get into your unit over a curb. They should have some kind of flat surface for u to get the cart onto. Pipes are breaking down. Other than that. Units are very clean customer service is fantastic. I had Andy and he was great. Friendly patient and very helpful and price is good as well for the size

I've had my unit for about 18 months now. Everything is clean. The climate control is very good. The management is good. They work with me on any rate increases. Which there's only been two. I would recommend if you're looking for storage, to come talk to Adam West and Cameron!
