Am ADO NOT LEAVE your card on file because they will randomly charge your card with out prior authorization. We have been using this facility for 3 years now and it’s not terrible. We have witness occasional flooding inside but they were prompt to fix it. They continue to increase the monthly payment every few months, but with that said overall the front office help, has been kind and it is a clean facility. Today , however they randomly charged our card without authorization. When we called, Michael answered and we asked Michael who gave authorization since this has not happened in the three years we have been using this storage facility. Michael responded with no answer or details, just stating it showed authorized. So again, DO NOT leave your card on file here because they will just randomly charge your card after 3 years or possibly whenever and say it was authorized and not be able to tell you who authorized it. Have a good day and I hope this feedback helps you to improve your business and help employees tell the person that rents the unit when their account was authorized to withdrawal payment, for the first time in three years.
