Brionna VantilburgDONT DO BUSINESS HERE; EVERY GOOD PRICE HERE GOES UP. They lowered my rate so I’d take down a Google review about there elevator breaking on me, while I was in it and no staff was there and then having to move the rest of my belongings to the 3rd floor using the stairs. I called the next morning and they kinda brushed me off until they seen the Google review. THE RATES JUMP UP $10-$14 every other month I move on the 31 and my bill was due was due on the 27 and they said they cant help I’d have to pay another month bc of those extra 4 days… just for reference if you plan on leaving. So happy to leave this storage place alone for good. I’m a customer I’m allowed to share my experience, Manager Melody.
