After being overcharged and then blind sided with rate increases and poor customer service at Public Storage, I did some research and moved to Life Storage. Jasmine was at the front desk and I felt like I was talking to a friend. The facility is clean and very affordable! Highly recommend!
Both managers bend over backwards to ensure the best experience in customer service. In my case, there was a miscommunication, about the truck. Al did everything he could to resolve the issue and allow us to move in when we needed to.

Great 1-800 Customer Service when the front office was not staffed. Helped me complete the first day paperwork and walked me thru the website so I could move in that day!
