Some of the nicest people in the world. They just answered the phone to me at after midnight. They are very genuine, and they work with people. They really really go above and beyond and are a local family owned business. Much better than the corporate America rental centers were you never get to speak to a real person. These people are absolutely amazing. I have bought storage units from them, and I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

After U-Haul changed the pickup location 3 times, this was a pleasant surprise of a pickup location. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. 5 stars for him and this location for pickup.

I called to rent a uhaul. They didn't have the specific size I was looking for, but the lady who answered the phone on 6/6/16 spent a good chunk of time helping me find the specific sized trailer I was looking for, and she helped me with the reservation. I greatly appreciate her time in helping me get what I needed, even if it wasn't from her business. Above and beyond customer service. :)

nice people that work there & a wonderful guy that was there with their storage place helped me by tying my big suitcase together. the zipper had ripped all the way around. there was no way I could of got that on the plane without him tying my suitcase as well as he did with what rope he had. Thank you to that young man for tying my suitcase up. before my taxie showed up. It was at least 45 min. late, & still wouldn't have come but we called them AGAIN!!! I was NOT happy. The storage place also gave me clear packing tape which I taped up all around my suitcase. The only thing that made me mad was the stupid Stacie driver that showed up 45 mins. late & only because the storage place called her. I had called her, the Happy Taxie, about an hour ago & left a message. When we got to the airport about 15 mins. away, she wanted her full price of $15.00. I was flabbergasted. I would of thought since she was 45 mins. late & ONLY showed up because of our 2ND CALL. I offered her $10.00 and she refused & demanded her full amount. she said she would call the police. Since I didn't have time to f*** around with this, I just threw the other $5.00 at her & went into the airport to check in for my flight. I will DEFINITELY NEVER use Happy Taxie again.

I enjoyed my last 3 years renting from pineapple but starting in Jan 2019 management decided to raise everyone's rental prices double from what we are currently paying. I decided to move and found another storage unit just across the river at half the cost! Not sure why pineapple is raising the prices double?? Still waiting for an answer. Stewart has been a great asset to the storage facility. Always willing to help but he doesnt control the pricing of the facility. Many other renters are also moving out by 1 Jan 2019. I see them there moving out this week because same reason. Rate hike to much to quick!!!
