Gator Storage is Perfect
Gator Storage is clean, it looks freshly painted. Easy to get to. The load in was perfect ground floor inside. Climate controlled. And very secure. The owner Oliver drove up to our unit where we were unloading introduced himself and is very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this Gator storage facility to my friends.

Kimberly GouldThe manager (Erin) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I couldn't thank her enough and would be indebted to her forever. If it wasn't for her, we might have lost all our belongings due to a mix-up/ miscommunication with the movers. She's a Godsend!! The owner, on the other hand, is the reason we took our belongings to another storage facility! A couple of units down from ours, there was a young woman in tears and an older man standing in front of an empty unit. She was asking the man where her belongings were. He started screaming at her. After reporting this to the office, I found out the man screaming was the owner. He yelled at her that since she was 2 days late with her payment, he called a dump truck and had her things taken to the dump. It didn't take long for us to decide this guy was a monster and wanted nothing to do with him or his storage facility. It's ashame that just as the manager, Erin, started to restore my faith in humanity, this man Oliver, quickly took that feeling away. I would give this place negative stars if that was possible!!

They are there when I need assistance any time of the day. You would think I would write down the code to my door but I didn't for awhile and I would have to call to get it to get in and if I didn't get an answer when I called I would get a call back within half an hour even minutes. They have renovated the facility and updated it. Thank you to the staff at Gator State Storage for being an organized, customer friendly business. The prices are very comparable and the best that I know of. I recommend this facility if you need a storage rental. Cathy Mitchell
