Just moved down from New York and needed a climate-controlled storage unit while getting settled in the Melbourne area. I checked out several facilities around town, including Extra Space Storage, Kings Storage, and a few others, but ultimately decided on CubeSmart and I’m very glad I did. What really made the difference for me was Tyra and Bill. From the moment I walked in, they were genuinely welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Moving across states is stressful enough, but they made the entire process smooth and easy. They took the time to answer every question thoroughly, explained all the options clearly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. You can tell they truly care about customer service and take pride in the facility. Honestly, employees like Tyra and Bill are hard to find these days, and they’re a huge reason why I chose this location over the others I visited. I’ve rented storage units on and off for over 15 years, so I’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between, and this location definitely stands out in a positive way. The facility itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. There are always carts available, the climate-controlled areas are nice, and the covered canopy/loading area in the back makes moving items in and out much easier, especially in the Florida heat and rain. I also like that you can access the property either with your gate code or through the app for added convenience. One thing I appreciated was the explanation about their lock system. They use their own style of lock, and while it’s optional, they explained that it allows management to help access the unit if a customer ever loses their key, without needing to cut the lock, which honestly makes sense. I also received 50% off for the first three months, which definitely helped during a cross-state move. Like most storage places, rates can increase over time with notice, but that’s pretty standard everywhere I’ve rented. Overall, this has been an excellent move-in experience so far. Great facility, great pricing specials, and even better staff. Tyra and Bill really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed, and that level of customer service deserves recognition. I’d absolutely recommend this CubeSmart location to anyone looking for storage in the Melbourne area.

Great place for our temporary need for storage while our home was on the market and we were awaiting our new build to be completed! The facility is very clean and well lit with easy access. The provided carts are a great perk. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Tyra! We are sad to be moving out but highly recommend for any storage needs.

I looked online first and reserved a unit. Bill was quick to get back to me and reserve a unit. I went in and saw Tyra. We determined I would need a bigger unit. She was very helpful and shoed me a bigger unit and I booked that day. Cube Smart is clean and temperature controlled. Its perfect foe my situation. I would recommend Cube Smart.

I've used several storage facilities over the years, but this is BY FAR the best. Tyra does an amazing job keeping the facility clean and goes above and beyond in other operations and needs. Every question, issue, or concern I've raised over 2+ years has been handled expediently by her and the other staff members. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this location.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the facility. I kept my parents things and my things here for several months while we lived in Cocoa. Bill and Tyra really go out of their way for everyone. They helped me secure a larger unit when I realized the original unit wasn't big enough. When my price increased last month, Bill worked tirelessly to help me get it at something more affordable for me, especially since I lost my job a few months ago and couldn't really afford the price hike. I just moved all my things out because I had to move cities because I secured a job elsewhere and the move out process was seamless. There is always enough carts. The elevators are spacious and always work. The bathrooms always clean. It feels safe and secure in the facility. It's always clean! The loading and unloading zone in the back is very convenient. Seriously, this was the best storage experience I have ever had. Thank you Bill and Tyra!
