I've been using a walker recently because of my balance. Randi helped me get in and out of the office like a gentleman and helped me onto the golf cart. He simplified everything for me. There was a girl that had reserved my spot, I guess before Randi came on and she was so sweet. She sent me directions and made sure they had my name down for coming in that late afternoon.
