It literally breaks my spirit to see all of these good reviews after the experience I just had with who I’m assuming is the manager of the facility. We were putting together some shelves to store more books inside one of the multiple units we have there. The first time the older gentleman rode pass on the golf cart I spoke and the man literally mad dogged me to the point it made me uncomfortable. The second time he rode pass he stopped and dropped a single piece of balled up paper (which was trash that blew away from my staging area) as if he was dropping a mic and drove off. The next time he came back around I told him “that was a female move”, he then proceeds to steps off the golf cart and pick up another piece of paper and threw it straight at me as he walked menacing me. Mind you, we were done with the shelves and actively cleaning up our area. As a man I wasn’t going to stand for that so soon as I stood up and walked his way he says “oh you’re tough huh? I’m calling the police to have you trespassed”. My partner who actually rents the unit has told me he’s had trouble with him in the past but I had no idea he was like this. We’re most definitely looking for different arrangements as we speak which sucks because we have 1000’s of books in both units that we DONATE to underprivileged youth and logistically the storage is in the perfect place to facilitate the good thing we have going on. I’m the last person to want to pursue an old man for an assualt charge but I refuse to be bullied when we’ve done nothing wrong. I pray he finds peace through whatever he’s going through to cause him to be so hateful towards us today.

My storage space is great the management team that I dealt with are pretty good. My only problem I have with this company is. I signed to pay one price and I believe 2 or maybe 3 months after moving in they raised the price. I moved in February and I believe April or May my price went up not once but twice. I asked management about it. They called corporate and that's just the way it goes. Would I recommend the space yes the company NOOOOOOOO.

I was yesterday at this facility. - The access was really easy, since it is right off College Ave - The property as clean and very well kept - and I also felt very safe, as I am an elderly person - The do have very good service, plus the 1st month is FREE- - BUT what impressed me the most is, that Brian, the manager, was very knowledgeable plus he had wonderful customer skills , which is very hard to come by these days - when normally you often feel: please do not bother me with work at work.“ On the contrary , Brian made me feel like a valued customer

Highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Brian is very helpful and polite as is the other staff I've encountered. We rented a unit for a little over a year and everything is in the exact same condition as when it arrived. Thank you!
