I’ve now had two separate encounters with Necole, and both experiences have been excellent. She is fast, incredibly helpful, and truly understands the value of time. I’ve been on the road, out of town, and managing medical emergencies as a caregiver, and Necole made the entire process convenient and efficient. She was able to handle everything over the phone, and had all documentation ready so that when I came in, everything was ready to review and sign. That level of preparation was exactly what I needed. Especially having limited time as a care giver. She is very personable and accommodating, took her time to explain everything clearly, and made sure every detail was perfect. She even set up my autopay and confirmed that insurance and payments would be handled automatically, giving me one less thing to worry about. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and care. Necole made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I truly appreciate her support.

Great customer service at the front desk during my in person check-in after an easy online set up. Property looks new and very clean. Easy access to storage unit with plenty of access points, carts and elevator. Love the access schedule, allowing me to access my unit even after office is close.

The storage unit process is nothing to really rave over at most places, obviously because it's not that interesting and relatively boring and most people don't necessarily want to have to have a storage unit. That being said, my experience in signing up was way better than I expected. Everything was super easy. Met the management team when I came in and was greeted well beyond my expectations. It's nice to see people treating their jobs with as much passion as they are, even when it's something as simple as a little 5x5 unit, they treat you like your renting their highest dollar one. Even if you're on the lower end of what's needed on the site would definitely recommend it. If you guys want something easy people that are friendly and a process that ends up being way faster than most other storage unit places I've used, she mentioned that they are close to capacity with reason. I think the people here probably love the staff and love dealing with whoever is on site which can't be said about every place. Would definitely suggest it.

Necole in the office is amazing. Friendly, professional, and patient. She answered questions for me over a few days while I was deciding where to rent a unit. It was because of her good natured approach blended with her knowledge that I chose Smart Stop and it was because of her other reviews that I even stopped here to look at renting.
