We have had a really great experience so far! Both of the representatives that helped us were professional, helpful, and kind! They answered all of my questions. The property is very clean and well taken care of. We have had to take things at night and it has been very safe. Highly recommend!
chaseinyourface87Do not use this business. There was some recent storms last week and my mothers storage unit on the 3rd floor was flooded. They offered a storage unit instead on the 2nd floor. My mother had to move everything herself as they did not assist her to move out of the flooded unit. They offered no compensation for damaged items, they offered no discounts for this inconvenience such as reduced rental fees to compensate for damaged items and moving the items to another storage unit that was not damaged by water.
Andrea CorreaStay away! We moved our belongings to the Greenbriar location in April 2024 and from the very beginning there were multiple red flags – poor customer service and zero accountability by Mr. Moe who was nowhere to be found when the code he gave us to get into the unit did not work after driving a fully loaded 26’ truck for five hours on a Saturday. Because the office for this location closes on Saturdays at 6pm and is closed on Sundays we had to call other locations to help us get in. It was a very frustrating and expensive move to say the least! Beware with this location and their false promises to keep your business. Cover yourselves and get things in writing and even like this, expect the worst experience.

Everything went so smoothly, and helped to lessen the stresses of going through a move. My unit was on the second floor and the elevator and carts always worked great. This facility is top notch, so clean, well organized, and efficient!

We went to another storage company they didn't have any available and I am glad. Because we got a great price and excellent customer service at Atlantic Self Storage, facility is so clean and so accessible.
