Julien has been so incredibly helpful in not only securing my storage unit, but also helping me secure a larger unit once I realized I needed more space. He made the entire ordeal hassle free and so easy! He’s incredibly kind and always has a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond in keeping the facility clean and he always makes sure the carts are in there places if a guest fails to return it to its designated space. He also adds an extra sense of security and knowing he’s there and diligently doing his job, checking cameras, and walking the perimeters gives me so much peace. I’m extremely pleased with the service I’ve received from Julien. He’s made me a very happy customer and confident that I chose the right place to store my valuables and items I hold dear. candace lunfordI have not moved in as I will be doing soon however when I called to get information to obtain storage the Gentleman who answered was INCREDIBLY helpful and kind! He made sure I understood so I needed to allow for the best purchase for myself. I’m kicking myself as I forgetting his name in this moment but I want to say it was Andy or Randy of I’m upset I do not remember. But he was WONDERFUL. Later I received a welcoming call from Julian the site manager to make sure I was set up and had no questions. So far a great experience with this company I look forward for this to continue.
