FrankieOwner is rude and unpleasant to deal with never responds to emails I sent letting her know that myself and my family got rear-ended in a car accident that caused injuries and we we're in the hospital for a while this caused us to be late on our payment and I emailed her to let her know that I would be paying by a certain date since my husband lost work I was trying to keep in contact with her because my family didn't want to lose our unit with irreplaceable items but she never responded to me nor answered my phone calls and messages in doing so we lost our unit and all our belongings that were irreplaceable I'm heart broken so be aware of who you're dealing with she also lives on the property so she's always there to walk around and blame whoever she runs into for anything she finds on the ground leaves food ect no matter that it's not yours .
