Customer Srv was excellent and the unit and facility was very clean.
The young lady that was working was great. She went over all of the paperwork and once finished she showed me the room. She went over the hours of entry and showed me the exits and where to get the hand carts.

Online assistant was in point and sent email before facility closed for the day on a Saturday. Thomas at facility went above and beyond and called me as a courtesy because I hadnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t arrived. He stayed past working hours to insure I was able to get the unit and move that same night! Wowﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ my elderly mommy was pleased because it was her stuff! Thomas you are amazing!!!
