Great Experience and very customer focused.
Easy rental process and fair initial price.
I had an outstanding experience at the storage facility, thanks to James. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with another staff member was less than helpful. I was informed that I only had seven days to move into my unit, or I would forfeit my reservation. However, James stepped in and went above and beyond to assist me. His support made all the difference in my experience. If you decide to rent from this facility, I highly recommend asking for James!
Nicer and safer than a place I had paid way more for. When I had told the manager of the other place the wall had fallen down, she wasn't concerned at all. Even though it would have only taken a removal of 2 screws to walk into the next unit. She didn't even want to transfer me to a new unit.
I set up everything online which made setting up in the office much easier. Customer service was great and the facility is nice and clean. I also love the first month half off!
